There is a time and a place and you need to determine how much weight you need to lift for the exercises you choose and then you can build it up or down as you like. If you want to be strong enough to build a well-built and muscular physique, you need to be confident in what you can do. However, if you think being in a good place right now would be a problem in the future, it may be a good idea to stop at a more advanced training plan.
